A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (FCILT), she also advises the Dubai Logistics Council and Dubai Customs Consultative Council, regularly presenting reports to senior government and trade bodies. Internationally, Dr. Nadia has led delegations to key markets including India, Germany, Rwanda, Belgium, Tanzania and Hong Kong, while strengthening bilateral ties with ministries such as the Ministry of Logistics and Economy of Ethiopia. She represents the UAE at major logistics forums and works closely with global trade partners to attract foreign investment.As Global Vice Chair of Women in Logistics and Transport (WILAT) and Chair of its Middle East chapter, she champions women’s empowerment through certified training, mentoring, and advocacy. She also serves as Honorary Advisor and Board Member of ALMAC (Hong Kong), and has been recognized by CILT UK, FIEO India, and FFFAI for her leadership.Within FIATA, the global freight body, Dr. Nadia served two terms as Vice President, revalidated the UAE diploma program, and facilitated scholarships and training for over 800 international students. She has signed multiple MOUs with logistics universities and advised UAE institutions, including Abu Dhabi Maritime Academy.Alongside her public roles, Dr. Nadia is CEO of UNASCO Cargo LLC, a freight forwarding company. Her private sector career spans over two decades, beginning at Dubai Aluminium (now EGA) in international shipping and LME metal hedging, followed by a leadership role at DULSCO LLC, one of the UAE’s oldest manpower firms.Her contributions have been widely recognized, including the Dubai Economy and Tourism (DET) award for hosting the Global Logistics Event in 2024, the Arabian Cargo Awards’ “Game Changer” title (2023–2024), and an Honorary Doctorate in Leadership from the International Maritime Club (IMC).Dr. Nadia holds both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Business Administration from the American University in Dubai, and has completed CILT-accredited logistics training.</p>

He joined as Executive Director at its inception in 2013, and has played an integral role in shaping the company’s business growth strategy. Angad is also a key member of the Group’s Management, Investment, Risk, and Credit Committees, where he helps steer the Group’s strategic initiatives. <br /><br />Angad serves as Executive Director of Fleet Management Limited, the world’s second largest ship management company and a subsidiary of The Caravel Group. His leadership has been pivotal in guiding Fleet’s expansion and solidifying its reputation for excellence in the maritime industry. <br /><br />Angad’s commitment to the industry is further demonstrated through his position as Chairman of the Hong Kong Shipowners Association (HKSOA), one of the world’s largest shipowner associations. Under his leadership, HKSOA has continued to advocate for the advancement and digitalisation of the maritime sector. <br /><br />Angad was previously a Principal at KKR, where he focused on leveraged buyouts across the Asia-Pacific region. He also led the Asian Leveraged Finance business for KKR Capital Markets Asia, financing some of the most complex private equity acquisitions in the region. Angad began his career at J.P. Morgan in Hong Kong, working as an Investment Banking Analyst. He holds a BA with Honours in Economics from Dartmouth College and has served on various advisory boards at the institution. <br /><br />In recognition of his contributions to public service and the community of Hong Kong, Angad was appointed a Justice of the Peace (JP) in July 2024. He is also a strong advocate for corporate social responsibility, having spearheaded initiatives such as the partnership between Cricket Hong Kong and The Caravel Foundation to support youth cricket programmes in Hong Kong.</p>

Under his leadership, DCMMI unites key stakeholders across ship ownership and management, offshore and engineering services, shipbuilding, repair and conversion, marine insurance, rig manufacturing, chandlery, and yacht services.<br /><br />Mr. Buamim also serves as Honorary Advisor to the Asian Logistics, Maritime and Aviation Conference (ALMAC), organized by the Hong Kong SAR Government and the Hong Kong Trade Development Council.<br /><br />In addition to his public role, Mr. Buamim has held senior executive positions in the private sector, with extensive experience across shipping and energy sectors.</p>

Mr. Cheung was the Managing Director of the Company from July 2022 to September 2023 and the Group Managing Director of the Company from October 2023 to March 2024. Mr. Cheung is a director of Apex Maritime Co., Inc. and its affiliates (collectively, “Apex Group”), which have become wholly-owned subsidiaries of the Company and been trading as Kerry Apex since 2020 and further rebranded to K-Apex in 2025. Mr. Cheung founded Apex Group, a group of freight forwarding companies, in 1990 and has been its director since then. Apex Group has been recognised as one of the top three volume providers for the Transpacific Trade. Mr. Cheung is also a director of various subsidiaries of the Company. Mr. Cheung obtained a bachelor’s degree in science (business administration and accounting) from San Francisco State University in the United States in 1985.</p>

He is also Executive Director with board-level oversight of Sustainable Development at Swire Pacific Limited. Mr. Healy is also a Director and chairs the Philanthropy Council of John Swire &amp; Sons (H.K.) Limited. He is also a Non-Executive Director of Air China Limited.<br /><br />Mr Healy has been with the Swire Group for 35 years. He joined John Swire &amp; Sons in 1988 as a management trainee. After six years with the Group’s Industries Division in the Hong Kong SAR and Germany, he transferred to Swire Coca-Cola in 1994, where he worked in various roles in bottling operations in Beijing, Nanjing, Xian and Xiamen until 2012. He was General Manager of the Shaanxi bottler from 2001-2005 and General Manager of the Fujian bottler from 2005-2008. In July 2008 he was appointed CEO, HAECO Xiamen. Mr Healy returned to Hong Kong in 2012 to take up the role of Managing Director, Swire Coca-Cola. He became Chair of Swire Coca-Cola and Cathay Pacific on 1st October and 6th November 2019 respectively.<br /><br />Mr Healy is an Advisory Board Member of the Swire Institute of Marine Science (SWIMS) and a Member of the Employers’ Federation of Hong Kong General Committee.<br /><br />Mr Healy was born in 1965 and graduated in 1988 from St. John’s College, Cambridge University, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Modern Languages. He is married with three children.</p>

Lines, Ltd</p></div></div><p>Junichiro Ikeda is Director, Chairman of the Board, and Chairman Executive Officer of Mitsui O.S.K. Lines, Ltd. (MOL), responsible for supervising the management of the company to ensure sustainable growth and maximize the long-term corporate value.</p><p>Before assuming his current post in April 2021, he had served as the President of MOL since June 2015. As president, he promoted the management plan “Rolling Plan” that is reviewed and updated annually. In April 2018 he played a central role in establishing Ocean Network Express Pte. Ltd., which integrated the container shipping businesses of MOL, NYK and K-line.</p><p>From June 2013 to June 2015 he had served as Director, Senior Managing Executive Officer of MOL, mainly supervising the entire Containership Business, including Port Projects and Logistics. Additionally, he was responsible for the Car Carriers Business in his last year as SMEO. In June 2010 he had been appointed a Managing Executive Officer, and prior to this, in June 2008, an Executive Officer, both positions having responsibility for the Containership Business.</p><p>He joined MOL in April 1979, and started his career in the Container Operation Division. Following his return to Japan from London, U.K., where he had been involved in the Containership Business for all Europe, he held a number of managerial positions in the Human Resources Division, Corporate Planning Division, and the Containership Business.</p><p>He has also served as President of the Japanese Ship Owners’ Association since June 2021.</p><p>A native of Nagano, he graduated from the Faculty of Law, Tokyo University, in March 1979.  He has a wife, son, and daughter.</p>

Kazakos is the Secretary General of the International Chamber of Shipping (ICS), having previously served as Director General of the Cyprus Shipping Chamber (CSC), the representative National-Member Association of Cyprus at ICS, since 1995.<br /><br />Throughout his last tenure, he actively participated together with successive CSC Board Members (currently, Mr. Themis Papadopoulos) at the ICS Board, contributing in shaping the Association’s strategy on all regulatory, operational, and legal issues concerning the international shipping industry.<br /><br />Thomas studied at the University of Leicester in the United Kingdom obtaining a Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B) and a Master‘s Degree in European and International Trade Law (LL.M).<br /><br />Thomas began his professional career at the Cyprus Employers and Industrialists Federation prior to joining the Cyprus Shipping Chamber. Internationally Thomas has represented Cyprus on the board of ICS and the European Community Shipowners’ Association (ECSA) in addition to being an Administrative Board member of the European Maritime Safety Agency (EMSA).</p>

He is focused on expanding and enhancing the organization's strategic partnerships.<br /><br />With nearly 40 years of experience in supply chain transformation and advisory roles within major multinational companies, Kent holds a master's degree in international business from Pepperdine University and a bachelor's degree in marketing from Indiana University.<br /><br />He also served as adjunct faculty for over 20 years.<br /><br />Kent’s first book “Sustainable Supply Chain Orchestration – Unlearning for a Better Tomorrow” was released on June 3rd, 2024.</p>

Independent Non-executive Director of Wing Tai Properties Limited. Independent Non-executive Director of The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited. He was the Chief Executive Officer of Airport Authority Hong Kong from October 2014 to May 2024. Former Executive Director of the Hong Kong Trade Development Council. In 2007, Mr Lam was named “Director of the Year” by the Hong Kong Institute of Directors in the category of statutory and non-profit-distributing organisations. In 2011, he was given the Peace through Commerce Medal from the United States Government in recognition of his leadership role in boosting US exports to, and through, Hong Kong. Lee is the Thoma Professor Emeritus of Operations, Information and Technology at the Graduate School of Business at Stanford University. He was the founding faculty director of the Stanford Institute for Innovation in Developing Economies (SEED) and was the founding Co-Director of the Stanford Value Chain Innovations Initiative.<br /><br />Professor Lee’s expertise is in global supply chain management and value chain innovations. He is also interested in how innovating with the value chain can bring forth economic and welfare development in emerging economies, especially in light of geopolitical frictions. He has published widely in top journals on supply chain management and was formerly the Editor-in-Chief of Management Science. He was inducted to the US National Academy of Engineering, and elected a Fellow of MSOM, POMS, and INFORMS.<br /><br />Professor Lee had degrees from the University of Hong Kong, the London School of Economics, and the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He has been awarded Honorary Doctorates by the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, the Erasmus University of Rotterdam, the London Business School and the University of Macau.</p>

Currently, he oversees the entire groups business activities included the transformation into digitisation.<br /><br />He has been the youngest President of the Indo-Belgium-Luxembourg-Chamber of Commerce &amp; Industry (IBLCCI) in 2014-15 and has also been on the Board of the Air Cargo Agents Association of India (ACAAI) in 2013-14. He is the Member of Executive Committee and Immediate Past President of Association of Multimodal Transport Operators of India (AMTOI).<br /><br />Mr. Master is also a Trustee of the Zoroastrian Trust Funds of India, Dadyseth Charity Trust and The Bandra Parsi Convalescent Home. As part of the Groups corporate social responsibility, he chairs the Pinaz Xerxes Master Foundation which plays a significant role in the field of poverty alleviation, education and medical care.</p>

This is a role he is thoroughly familiar with, as he had served as ASA Sec-Gen during the period between 2010 and 2014, and was instrumental in several initiatives and conferences.<br /><br />Involved in the works of ASA since its inception in 1992, (known then as Asian Shipowners’ Forum), Sonoda has been tirelessly supporting and promoting its vision and missions. In 1996, he was appointed as the Secretary of the Shipping Economics Review Committee (SERC), one of the five Standing Committees of ASF. He has also served as the Vice Chairman of the Maritime Transport Committee of Business and Industry Advisory Committee (BIAC) to the OECD.<br /><br />Upon his graduation with a law degree from the Keio University in Tokyo in 1976, Sonoda joined the JSA, and was mainly involved in the works of the International Affairs Division. During his tenure at JSA, he was also appointed to JSA’s London Branch Office for a period of five years.</p>

Thompson, GBS, is the Chairman and Founder of the Crown Worldwide Group of Companies. Crown Worldwide is a logistics company performing various types of warehousing and transportation services throughout the world. Encompassing more than 275 facilities worldwide, Crown is committed to making a positive difference in every community where we live and work. <br /><br />Crown is also a leader in the field of household removals as well as information and document management with over forty-three million cartons of business documents managed from its worldwide facilities. The company also provides specialized packing and storage of fine arts and provides storage of fine wines. The Group has also built a large number of warehouse facilities around the world. <br /><br />Mr Thompson graduated from San Jose State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Aeronautical Engineering. He came to Asia shortly after completion of his university studies and has lived in Japan and Hong Kong ever since. He is a member of the International Advisory Board of the San Jose State University Business School. He also was awarded an Honorary Degree of Doctor of Humane Letters (L.H.D.) from San Jose State University and the California State University. <br /><br />Mr. Thompson serves as Chairman or as a Board member of numerous charitable organizations. His particular interests are charities related to children, cancer, education and art. He is the Chairman of the Asian Youth Orchestra and The Honorary President of the Society for the Promotion of Hospice Care. He has been mentoring university students in Hong Kong for over twenty years <br /><br />Mr. Thompson was awarded the Gold Bauhinia Star, Hong Kong’s second highest award, by the Hong Kong Government in 2003. He received the Honorary Doctorate in Business Administration from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology as well as an Honorary Doctorate of Humane Letters from his alma mater, San Jose State University in California. He also received the DHL/SCMP Lifetime Achievement Award in 2014 as well as many other honours.</p>

With over 40 years in the transportation and logistics sector, Kanat Almagambetov has a distinguished career marked by a series of leadership roles in Kazakhstan's key transportation organizations, including the national railway company, Kazakhstan Temir Zholy (KTZ). <br /><br />Since July 2024, Kanat Almagambetov has led KAZLOGISTICS, advocating for innovation and growth in Kazakhstan’s logistics sector. Prior to this, from 2021 to 2024, he served as Deputy Chairman and First Deputy Chairman of the Board at KTZ, where he played an instrumental role in enhancing operational efficiencies and overseeing freight movement strategies. His leadership journey within KTZ includes various executive roles, such as Managing Director for Operational Activities and Vice President positions, focusing on freight transport and strategic planning. <br /><br />His early career, dating back to the 1980s, reflects comprehensive experience in station management and logistics operations across Kazakhstan, providing him with a deep understanding of the nation’s railway infrastructure. Kanat Almagambetov 's extensive expertise in transport logistics has established him as a key figure in the development of Kazakhstan’s transportation network, from local operations to international logistics. <br /><br />In addition to his leadership roles, Kanat Almagambetov has served as an advisor and consultant on oversized and heavy cargo logistics, exemplifying his specialized knowledge in complex freight solutions. His background also includes military service, adding to his disciplined approach and commitment to the industry. <br /><br />This broad experience and strategic vision make Kanat Almagambetov a prominent leader in transportation and logistics, respected for his contributions to the industry in Kazakhstan and internationally.</p>
